Open Air Center
TRC is in the middle of discussing and designing a open air facility {without walls}, used for downtown events, activities and organized youth activities and business owners looking to promote their merchandise and services.

Summer Pop-up Pool
We are working with the Columbia Willamette YMCA Headquarters to place a temporary swimming facility on public or private land for the summer. We are in discussions with various parties to coordinate this effort. This is a Recreation without walls project.
